SHIPPING TIME

After your payment is verified, it will take 1-5 business days to process your order before shipment. After that, you will get an email with your delivery tracking code. 

The products will be shipping from our different warehouse which located USA, EU, Asia. The same area goods deliver time general will take 3-7 business days(exclude processing time).  International shipping times may vary depending on your location, please check the following delivery rate.

  • If your tracking code is not showing any information, don't worry! That means your package just arrived post office and it's not cataloged yet. Please wait 2-3 business days and keep checking.
  • Due to high demand, some orders with multiple items may ship separately.
  • If you ordered multiple items and only received one, don't worry, the other will arrive soon!

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

Notes concerning packages being returned to us (due to unsuccessful delivery caused by the following reasons):

  1, Incorrect address.
  2, Shipping company couldn't get in touch with the recipient, or the recipient was not at the delivery address.
  3, Awaiting collection as requested by the recipient, but the recipient didn't show up.
  4, The customs (or we) contacted the recipient, the recipient refused to sign the parcel directly without contacting us first.

The customer is responsible for the shipping fee if you prefer a refund or a redelivery.
